कञ्चनपुर जिल्लाको दक्षिणी क्षेत्रमा पर्ने पुनर्वास नगरपालिका वडा नं. ५ मा अवस्थित श्री गौरीशङ्कर मा.वि, भानुवस्ती वि.सं २०२९ सालमा प्राथमिक तह बाट स्थापना भइ हाल माध्यमिक तह ११-१२ सम्म सञ्चालनमा रहेको छ भने यस विद्यालयमा प्राविधिक शिक्षा कृषि वालि विज्ञान कक्षा ९-१२ कार्यक्रम पनि सञ्चालमा रहेको छ ।यस विद्यालयको स्थापनाकाल देखि हाल सम्मको अवस्था सम्म पुग्नुमा यस क्षेत्रका विद्यार्थी, अभिभावक,शिक्षाप्रेमी,बुद्धिजीवि, विद्यालय ब्यवस्थापन समिति,शिक्षक,प्रधानाध्यापकहरुको महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहेको कुरालाई सम्झन चाहन्छु साथै आगामी दिनमा पनि सहयोग रहिरहने अपेक्षा गर्दछु ।हामी नेपालीहरुको मुख्य पेशा कृषि रहेको र ग्रामिण क्षेत्रमा झनै यसको आवस्यकता रहेकाले कृषिलाई प्राथमिकता दिइ यस क्षेत्रका जनताको जीवनस्तरमा परिवर्तन ल्याउननै हामीले प्राविधिक धारतर्फ कृषि वालिविज्ञान विषयलाई यस विद्यालयमा सञ्चालन गरेका हौं ।यस क्षेत्रका अभिभावकहरुले प्राविधिक विषयको महत्वलाई बुझेर आफ्ना नानीबाबुहरुलाई यस विषय क्षेत्रमा भर्ना गर्नेछन् भन्ने आशा लिएको छु ।
Shree Gaurishankar Secondary School, located in Bhanubasti, Ward No. 5 of Punarwas Municipality in the southern region of Kanchanpur district, was originally established in 2029 BS as a primary school and is currently operational up to Grades 11–12 (Secondary level). Additionally, the school runs a technical education program in Agricultural Science for Grades 9 to 12.
I would like to gratefully acknowledge the significant contributions of the students, parents, education enthusiasts, intellectuals, school management committee members, teachers, and past and present headteachers in guiding this school from its establishment to its current state, and I expect the same continued support in the days to come.
Since agriculture is the primary occupation of Nepalese people and holds immense importance in rural areas, we introduced technical education in Agricultural Science with a priority on agriculture to bring positive changes to the living standards of the people in this region. I sincerely hope that parents in this area will recognize the importance of technical subjects and enroll their children in this program.
